Get Adobe Acrobat Reader

Open and edit files in Adobe Acrobat Reader. Get the latest version of Adobe Acrobat Reader here!

How to customize

  1. Open the file in Adobe Acrobat Reader on a computer (yes, even if you have Acrobat Pro!) (A tablet will not work)
  2. On the first page, choose to have lines or not throughout your pages.
  3. On the second page, choose to have a to do-list or not throughout your pages.
  4. Fill in any information you want printed. Under the month, on the to do-list, under the dates and on the days. You see the editable fields in Adobe Reader.
  5. Save if you want to be able to edit your information later.

How to print

  1. You must have the file open in Adobe Acrobat Reader (yes, even if you have Acrobat Pro!) on a computer (a tablet will not work).
  2. Click option “Actual size
  3. Click Booklet
  4. Print double sided, turn on short end (or left)
  5. If your printer can’t print double sided, print “Front side only” first, turn over and then print “Back side only”. For more info on printing double sided, check this link.

How to cut

  1. Keep your prints together with binder clips
  2. Use a paper knife and a ruler on a cutting mat (or some cardboard to keep your table top safe)
  3. Cut using the cut lines, but don’t cut all the way to the papers edge! That way the papers still keep together.
  4. Punch and put in your binder
